Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases made through our Store.

Note: Some consumer protection laws may grant additional rights. This policy applies except where prohibited or required otherwise by law.


Physical Products (printed journals/books)

Returns

We accept returns within [30] days of delivery if:

  • the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (if applicable), and

  • you provide proof of purchase.

Non-returnable

We do not accept returns for:

  • items damaged by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear,

  • items marked final sale, and

  • gift cards (if applicable).

Defects / wrong item

If your product arrives defective or you received the wrong item, contact us within [7] days with photos and order details. We will, at our discretion:

  • replace the item, or

  • refund the purchase price.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked method.


Digital Products (PDFs, downloads)

All Digital Product sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, except where required by law.

If you experience download/access issues, contact support@effectivehappinessjournal.com and we’ll help you access the file.


Subscriptions (App)

Subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

You can cancel anytime to prevent future renewals.


Shipping

Shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

International orders may be subject to duties/taxes/customs fees.
